Who is Perry Tippet and where is he going?

Perry Tippet was another roommate of Grandpa Stutz at BYU. He and Grandpa and Grandma were very good friends. Perry was like a big brother to Grandma (Mildred) because they were both from Delta. He kind of watched out for her while she was at BYU. Howard and Art LaBaron and Perry Tippit were all roommates together.Thanks, Ellen! Perry sounds like a great guy. I wonder where he was going?
