In the comments to the post about Rosies Surprise, Susan tells me something that melts my heart:
"As a side note, grandpa is totally happy you are doing this, and although he can't see very well, he is looking forward to hearing about the pictures...and this will be fun for him to try to remember the details...He loves what you are doing, and even got emotional about it. I will call you tomorrow and tell you more. But in a nutshell, he wants you to keep on keeping on, and he will try to fill in as many gaps as he can. Thank you, Susan! I am reminded of the importance of family and our family history, and I am determined to approach the sometimes tedious task of archiving our family history with a renewed enthusiasm.
